Is it okay to keep vintage watches on a watch winder? I have one that winds/turns every 3 hours...

there is nothing wrong keeping vintage watches on a watch winder.
with limited information of turns every 3 hours, it is hard to say whether the winder has a suitable setting for vintage watch.
