Watch Winder - differences in winding cycles ?

I have bought a watch winder. It can wind up to 4 watches at the same time and has 4 diff winding modes :

1. 6 mins time interval for every 2 mins clockwise winding
2. 6 mins time interval for every 2 mins counterclockwise winding
3. 6 mins time interval for every 2 mins clockwise winding + 6 mins time interval for every 2 mins counterclockwise winding
4. 180 mins time interval for every 10 mins bi-directional winding

Appreciate if someone can advise me on what is the best mode for winding the watches ?
