Has anyone owned and used a Wolf Viceroy or Axis series winder?

These two product series from Wolf are their cheapest-priced for my following requirements:
a. Programmable TPD
b. Programmable rotation direction
c. Batteries powered possible
d. Has a cover to house the watch safely
