Some ques on winder

Hi everyone,

Got some questions to ask. I've just got a 6 watch winder from my fren but the adaptor is spoilt. I saw that it says 6V 2Amp rating. But I went to sim lim tower to look for one, I could not find the same rating. Just wondering can I use a diff rating adaptor? If yes, what's the best rating adaptor to buy? So that I won't spoil my winder.
