I'm heading to Italy any AD to recommend ? Thinking of getting base model , either pam005 , 000 , 111 or 112.
Have been praying to god for stock for above mention. Have tried emailing to Panerai boutique , they replied with bad news. I will appreciate for yr valuable advise.

Nearly impossible to find a 000 or 005. I think they cut the production down from 1500 to 1000 for P series. 111 and 112 are quite tough too... maybe consider in house movements or 176/177 so you'll have more choices and increases your success rate of getting one in Italy.

People says buying PAM is always dependent on destiny. (unless grey dealer or 2nd hand)
Typically the watch seek you... one often end up buying whatever that is available. haha.. Good Luck!

PAM started to focus on their in house mvmt recently moving away from the ETA base model
Due the supply crunch impose by the swatch group.
To me until the replacement 111 Aka 510 comes on the market
The real base now is really the 312
Give the 312 some thoughts it is s nice watch cheers

go to panerai's website, search for the Authorised distributor listing for the cities that you're visiting, spam their email with your queries. Better than asking on forum because we don't know what stock they are holding!

I've tried this method last year, approximately 50% of the ADs replied quite positively and I managed to set up some meetings and ended up buying my 388.

Pam 0. Euro 3900. but finding a brand new piece in P series is nearly impossible. (don't think there's any brand new O series left) share with us the outcome when you return. best of luck.

Have u tried to find the ADs on panerai website? I found mine through it and bought a 111 from Switzerland. Very happy because I only gave 1 week notice and they managed to source one from panerai.

If some AD don't reply, call them.

Also in Italy now hoping to buy another base model like PAM 0 or 5. But none of the shop have it. Urg!

Hi lugubrious, I went to boutique in milan , staff told me that there will be stock arriving this week. Which I have left ! U might wan to try again.
