I plan to get a new watch myself... Looking for a Pam. I wonder for the avg price for these fine pieces be?

I set my budget for the new watch at 2000 - 3000 first. Might increase if I really like it.

Appreciate some advise on Pams!

Judging for the feedback here, trying to get a 000 new from the boutiques in Singapore is going to tough since they don't have ready pieces to sell. Best place to look out for them is on the 2nd hand market, and they do go for S$5k+...

No pam would go at your budget. Cheapest brand new 111 would also set you off at 6k+.

don't be too despondent, and don't be too fussy about your "limit". ask around and you might find a good deal on a used base model at $4k+. It all depends on how much the seller wants to move his watch to fund his next purchase.

IMO - buy a new pam..

Buying 2nd hand is a bit diff as seller want to sell high & buyer want to buy low..

For myself, i did some homework for new pam 312 price.. Around 7.8k for N, 8.3 for O & 8.8 for P ( grey dealers)

Apparently when I offer 7 to 7.2k for O series.. I'm consider LOWBALLER cos seller never even reply..

So I think best is buy a new watch.. Forum have a few sellers selling at gd price.. Pay cash & buy from them..

Alternative use credit promo to buy.. Use instalment.. ( O series 10400 from cortina, May bank 8% off.. Interest free for installment).. No need to worry about authenticity..

as other bros mentioned 2k-3k not likely to land u a pam, new or used.

even for a brand new 005 whe I was asking my AD for it, after discount, still around 6K. and no stock. that was almost 1/2 a year back. I regretted cos they ofered me pam 000 with slight discount, i still decided against it.

those runing on the p9000 series are more affordable now. seems like AD's are more willing to give discounts for these pieces.

if you've got your sights set on a Pam, I'd suggest you save for it and get a LE or boutique ed.
