I think For starters coulfd you post a pict for of the movment if this is a clear case back many bor here shoudl be able to help.

Sorry to say this but if your COSC Cert is blank. I am almost certain the watch is fake.
In house movement and those without second hand, e.g 112 will never come attached with a COSC Cert. those that has a COSC cert e.g 005. It would come with a COSC cert completed with movement details.
