I'm looking for PAM111, which I doubt they will give huge discount for it since it's rather hard to get..

The price for PAM111 is currently 5500 euro. You may get 5% on top of tax rebate.
PAM111 is an entry model and on the market for quite some time, thus not many shops carry stock.
You may also try the Panerai Boutique, which is on the same street. They don't give discount but will give you Panerai souvenior.
