as per title. i visited the ion pam boutique last night and tried on both pieces. the 372 was a clear winner but...... i didnt know they use glass instead of sapphire!!??

I owned the 176 before. It is a nice piece but the 372 really blew me over.
Never mind the plexi glass, the 47mm 1950s case, gold hands, engraved luminor panerai etc just more than compensates for the sapphire (lack of). But frankly I do like the plexi, it does attract scratches but who cares?elusive
