A more accurate view is to compare prices using Oct 2012 and the current April 2013

i bought my PAM000 in Milan Boutique at 3900 euros as well on 30 Dec 2012..the price was increased from 3500 to 3900 in Oct 2012..

To me, whether it is comparing against Apr 12 or Oct 12, the fact is, price always on the up trend and it is the way these watch makers wanna keep their watch value. Cheers!

i got back 13.5% VAT Refund at the airport..

Oops, just checked my receipt and I had bought it at 3,700..the VAT was 499.50 as I had paid in cash..would advise to pay in cash so that you wouldn't lose out on the exchange rate...though you need to sign a declaration form as all cash transactions above 999 euros are required to do so...
