Difference of Tobacco and Painted dial...

-Which one cost more?

Can't compare them like that.

Tobacco dial = Brown coloured dial as oppose to black/blue/white etc
Painted dial = Markers are painted on the dial as oppose to sandwish which is a layer of luminova underneath a dial with cut-out markers.

Can't answer which one cost more cost depends on model more than these factors...

Personally, I prefer Tobacco with Titanium case and prefer painted on luminor and sandwish on radiomir
