Is GST included?

Hi all,

My first post in this forum. Intending to buy my first Panerai and been browsing this forum for days and I have a question regarding the GST. I never see anyone mention this and tried to search but GST is only 3 letters and getting error. So my question is this, is GST already included in the price given by AD or boutique? I know the common practice in SG that they don't include GST when they give the price. It is only computed when you mention it to them.

The reason I ask because when I bought my Omega Seamaster last 2006, salesperson told me I will get 20% discount. Then when paying time, he told me that 5% GST (i think this was still the GST that year) also need to pay. So in total, I got only 15% discount. So now, I think things change.

At first, I didn't consider buying from non AD but after reading a lot in this forum, looks like I'm considering my option. Watchlink and Hobbylink is the same right?

Hobby link doesn't sell watches, they sell remote control toys etc.

But under same owner in same shop. Watch link is selling watches.
