My PAM 320 was running -12 seconds per day. Lately I noticed it suddenly ran too fast, >+2 mins per day. What could be the problem? Tangled coil?

Suspect that the coil spring got entangled. It just happens overnight. Anyway, sent to Panerai Boutique this morning. My PAM is 2.5 years and out of warranty. They will ring me tomorrow. I'm sure they will recommend me to do servicing. My Humble Collection :

Had the same problem when I first bought my 320, too. It ws 2 mins fast for 3 days. I left it. It is for a whole week and it eventually went 5 minutes fast by the time I sent it to richemont. They regulated it on the spot. Been ok ever since.I don't have enuf watches but I will stop buying now!

My problem was different. It was running consistently at -12 sec per day for the past years. It suddenly ran fast few days ago - and by a wide difference. So either my watch is heavily magnetized or the hairspring may have coiled up. Let's see what the technician says.My Humble Collection :

As expected, Panerai Boutique suggested full servicing which is $700 (including polishing). Take $140 off if no polishing. I have not collected the watch yet as I was away for the past month. I will probably collect it this weekend. My Humble Collection :
