One experience I have is that I know the retail price of the pam 382 ($11,600?) so as I was looking for it, I checked with the AD in Egypt and I told him the price is 11,600.. But he even lowered it saying (ofcourse) it is not available but the price is (was) $11,200!
This gives u an idea.
