it's a marine chronometer PAM 245. price? not sure, but not cheap.
here are the specs.
Movement: Hand-wound mechanical, exclusive Panerai OP XX calibre, 15 jewels, 2 Hertz. Incabloc® anti*shock device. Power reserve 52 hours. Chronometer Certificate (C.O.S.C.).
Functions: Hours, minutes, seconds. Power reserve indication. Calculation of longitude when at sea.
Case: Brushed steel.
Bezel: Polished steel.
Back: See-through, sapphire crystal.
Dial: Black sandwich with luminous Arabic numerals and hour markers.
Linear indication of the power reserve which is a typical feature of Panerai.
