A cheaper way to do it is to bring the watch to Richemont and ask them if servicing is necessary (you may add that the watch is running a bit slow). They will get their technicians to open up the watch and see if any parts are worn out or if it requires lubrication, gasket changes, change of rusty cannon pin, etc etc. Once it comes back to you with a quote and list of things to change, it means that the watch is not a fake. They know what to look out for, so no worries. It's just like how you 'save' on Rolex servicing.
Hi,
just a quick check before i make my way down this thursday.
Is it possible they come back with the answer of 'No services is needed'
I did ask the same question to them also. So it's quite Possible. This is becos they do not wish to "over-service" the watch. Hope this clear your doubt
