Pam 390 from the boutique

izit still possible to get a pam390 from the boutique.

yup, I kind of agree with leeye, I did ask a few boutiques...they told me sold out.

try checking the panerai garage. sometimes you may see one for sale.

But you can still get a brand new piece from grey dealers or panerai garage as what bro leeye mentioned:-)

I believe when TS made this enquiry, he should prefer getting the watch from an AD. Just guessing ..

but of coz! the prices from Boutique and AD is retail whereas resellers are selling at marked up prices. the difference is quite substantial.

well, its the lowest price SE the past few years..I would not say ever..a PAM82 Amerigo Vespucci, an SE, for instance retailed at USD 4000 which is less than 6k back in 2001.

The PAM 390 SG retail price is $6400

OMG! How then did it get so expensive ?! It's selling around 9K+ new and slightly lower pre-owned, right? I like this watch but really can't bear to pay so much for it . Is there anything in the watch that is/are worth it's high price??

It's a base model with brown dial, gold plated hands and mounted on an assoulemente strap. Caseback comes with engraving of the pig submarine (which is a first). The big SE box with scroll. And there are only 2000 pieces of it released worldwide.

At 2000 worldwide, it actually doesn't feel rare with so many people flipping.

No chance for non VIP like me.

I find this model unique and a little to my liking, except of course, the pricing. Guess I'll have to forgo and find a less expensive alternative.
