I have seen very very identical clear back replica, even with the Officine Panerai engraving. Best is send for authentication but JW is shifting their current shop and they will be closed during the shift.

Thanks brother leeye for your research and providing a photo of a indeed very good replica, but sorry to say that the (official Paneria) words engrave is all wrong.

Having one myself and also having seen the high-end replicas, I always thought the dead give-away was the way the crown turns. The fake has this springy feel about it i.e. it seems to jump back a fraction after you give it a wind. Whereas the real ones stop wherever you stop winding. Anyone feels the same?

ooppss i think my piece is abit faulty.

The minutes sometimes dont move at all although the second keeps moving. Tried to contact the seller , no response yet.
                    Anyone knows whats the problem?

How do you see that the minute hand sometimes move sometimes don't move? Or do you mean it is running slow?

For example I set my watch time exactly the same with my phone at 2 o clock
I waited for 5 mins , my watch still showed 2 o'clock, but the seconds were moving.
                        Helppp

The previous owner sent for servicing to richemont on 6th feb 2012 . It is still under warranty until feb 2013.
                            It is just frustating...

Ok then it's probably not the seller's fault but just bad luck and poor workmanship from richemont. Send it back and give them a piece of your mind. Feel sorry for you.

Meanwhile observe it over the weekend to see the pattern of the problem.

The reason why I said observe the pattern is that sometimes the hand(s) could be stuck at certain position.

if the mintue hand don't move at all after some time but both second hand and the movement seen from the back shows that the watch is ticking, pull out the crown to adjust the min/hr hands to another position to see if it would start moving.

It would be better if you could explain the exact problem/pattern when you send in the watch to richemont, though you don't have to prove to them on the spot that the watch is faulty (they are supposed to do a check).
