correct size of screw driver

hi can any experts help me out? i got 45mm pam radiomirs. i wnaan change straps but i always end up buyig the wrong size screw driver stupid seller from a watch shop told me before i buy that pam screw driver all same size so all can use. i go home try cant use lei.

i bring over the shop also dono. u will be surprised lor. unless u said shops specially sell watches 1 then they know. even so i go to some watch shops they also said no carry lor, even time will tell and what that shop name? i also forget liao. also inside sunshine plaza.
