I was looking at the 390. Something diff yet base-looking, but when I learnt of the price, I fainted in the shop for a good 2 mins . Then recently, saw the 432 (S'pore model or something) ... . But yet to know the price. Is there any other PAM model(s) that look like the 390/432 and that don't cost "hand-and-leg" ah? Still prefer brand new piece for a PAM.
Tx
432 is a good bet if you could get it first hand. Should be slightly below $10k I guess (hope)?
But knowing you...you probably won't bear to use a LE/SE even if you manage to get one
Watches are like potato chips - You never stop at one
yea changing strap for different occasion to match the event you are attending...rawr!! thats why i decided and have to get a PAM haha...I get a base model cos all look quite all the same to me and it is within my small budget...
OkOk I will just say the truth.... I just feel that my collection need a pam!!! OCEAN u NEED ONE TOO!!! whahahahaha... I am now thinking if i should flip for a AUTO PAM...lols i feel i am not very use to handwind watch....Yet... hahaha
I still think PAMs are among the least (if not the least) value-for-money watches. However this brand offers such handsome and unique design that there is nothing quite like it (apart from the homages) - you just have to have at least one in your collection.
Which is why after many rounds of buy-sells, I still keep a 112 (I am a small time watch lover so can only play the <$10k PAMs nia).
Did I mention the fun of strap-changing which is also "uniquely PAM" (that others try to copy)?

Good la, u all gang up against me ... siao liao la
Mr shuseido, I tried the 312 & 351 many times but not once has it succeeded in enticing me to get it. I like the 1950 case but it is too thick for me. I'm curious why the 233 ain't as thick as the 312 & family
I was actually informed that the PAM210 is "CONFIRMED" discontinued. Anyone can share?

Yes, 1950 with auto movement is way too thick for many people... 233 is manual, thus it is not as thick...

When I was posioned, I cannot forget it too until I gotten one. Sent my PAM for servicing and missing it a lot. Now itch to get another one but no budget. You can't never forget a PAM once you are poisoned by it.
