Haha act I am ok to wind everyweek, just worry freq pulling in/ out e crown will spoil e crown as time goes by lolz

I wind my PAMs every single day- most are hand wind - for the past few years with no problem at all. But I know that eventually the mainspring will give way and by then it should be past the service interval anyway...

So don't worry and enjoy it! Winding my watches is one ritual that I love as part of the ownership experience !!!!

Does that apply to any other watch? it will not harm if we kept wind it eg 2 to 3 times a week?
Planing to get a winder for my omega seamaster....please advise.
