Hi all! I'm looking to buy an entry level PAM. Was wondering whether it'sworth the extra 1k for the 005 instead of 000. Theonly difference I can tell is the small second. Any advice? TIA

Yes the difference is the seconds hand.
It really depends on how you like the look.
For luminor I prefer with seconds hand.Audemars Piguet Ball Bell&Ross Cartier IWC Longines Omega Panerai Rolex Sinn Tissot

000 any day over the 005.
Something so balanced about the 000.Current COLLECTION

I've never owned a watch without second hand before. But then for extra 1k just for it with everything else being identical seems a bit too much a price to pay.
Thanks for the input. I'll most likely go for the 000 and use the 1k saving for the new iPhone 4S.

Same opinion, the 000 is cleaner =D

Mr Paneraii, you are poisoning towards base.
Always prefer a seconds hand. But now a bit wavering.
Lately with the movement hoo haa and 5 digits 390. I started to feel that Pam are really overpriced.
The trend seems to go towards historics.
