Now I wonder what are the movements that go into basic models PAM 366 and 367 and even the new PAM 390 since they are priced so low. hmmm.............time to open up some back cases.

The straight poping in of Unitas is real bad. Considering its so cheap.
Even the finishing of stock plates in 390 are cheap compared to the price range.
A 000 with different hands and dial. A $10 difference.
Display back is the way to go now.

I am not sure what Panerai was thinking. However, I can be certain that the first person in the queue who gives up this watch, the second, 3rd, 4th, 9th person will pick it up. It is Panerai who sell at USD4k plus plus but the secondary market that nails it. That is why it caused such an outrage.
How many 318s are there frankly. Given the controversy, you still need to know someone in order to buy one 318 now
Today plain movement is yesterday non-matching dial : ) someone put it in P-com.I own a Rolex !
