Heard from local AD that the waiting time for PAM386 is almost 6-12 months.

And there's no guarantee the AD can land a piece. That's why my personal preference is to go the grey dealer route for Pams.

The grey dealers are the rest other than the ADs. To name a few I heard of, they include Time Will Tell, Watch Arena, Hobbylink Watches, Passion Watch, JW Watch, Chuan Watch, Monster Time, etc.
