What is a grey/gray market?

It is also known as a 'parallel market'. You don't see anything physical about a 'grey market', rather, it is a term used to describe the trade of a commodity (watches, cars, bags, etc) through distribution channels which are unofficial but legal. In short, these people are not your ADs.
