sapphire crystal should not scratch so easily. if it is mineral crystal yes scratches do occur.
you can put a transparent protection film over the crystal to prevent accidental scratches. if installed correctly (meaning no bubbles formed) you will hardly notice the film over the crystal.Comment

Any ways of fixing the scratches on Pam's sapphire crystal damaged due to knocks from diamond? Anyone who has done this repair before can offer some advice on the cost and place to do it?
