How did you gather I enlisted no one's help take this shot?
I must say that the iphone4 camera button is not friendly.

Stable hands help but a helping hand would have been ideal!
Too bad, no one office appreciates watches like I do and if anyone had seen me in that instance, they would think I am a nut case for taking a pic under the belt.

Just my gut feel as it would be very awkward for someone to take a pic under the belt. Be it whether it's a guy or gal, the position would be awkward... oops. I doubt I can take the pic as good as you though. My hands are not the stable kind.
