Pam292 missing lug :(

Hi all, I lost one of the 4 lug on pam292.. Anyone happened to know where can I find a replacement?

Checked with Richemont but replacement will need 6 weeks..

Hmm, 292 is ceramic and using pvd lugs and screws.. but thanks anyway

I think they may have the PVD version, have a go if you like...
