I thought it's a PAM1A/BT intitially, cos the lighting seemed to paint a patina on the markers. But a closer look at the font shows that it's a sandwich dial, and the final confirmation is at the crownguard... it's brushed instead of polished. So I'm pretty sure it's a PAM111
