Switch to Rubber strap finally

gave up on my after-market brown tan strap, as i think the sweat smell is really unbearable, esp in aircon environment.

so switch over to the Panerai rubber strap. Probably i am the only one in this forum who does that i guess. Haha

does anyone know if Panerai rubber strap can "withstand" swimming pool and sea water shd i plan to swim/dive with my 312?
I know 312 is meant to to be a diving watch, but have anyone tried before?

btw if i want to buy an original Panerai rubber strap next time, how much would it cost me?
