the above seller had refused to refund me the deposit i had bank transfer him last sun, can anyone advise?
recently i had seen his thread, http://www.sg-roc.com/showthread.php?t=59036, selling an pam112m.
initially we had agree on a cash deal. bt since my atm limit is only 2k, n its a sun, so im unable to deal. so i asked if he can reserve it for me, the reply was the watch will b sold to another person on mon 1pm if there was no takers. so i offered to bank transfer him $100, to show my sincereity, and in exchange he will keep the watch for me. he agreed.
on the night, i do a image search on the net, and to my horror pam112 had a clear case back, n not a solid case as i had always thought.
immediately i msg him to apologize and asked if we can cancel deal, and of cos refunded me the money. he agree too, and post on the net that buyer backs out sa watch available again. he also agreed to refund me on mon.
bt till nw, 3 days had passed. no refund, msg never reply, pm also no reply, call also never pick up. n i checked his last log in time is tonight, so i assume he had read all my pm n msg regarding if no response from him, will post it in the forum.
i know some readers may think im wrong to back out on deal as agreed, or its my mistake not to find out more on the watch, or even make a fuss out of $100.
bt i felt that i must let forum knows abt this, and if Lion3lh is facing any difficulty and cant reply me these few days, or had i misunderstood him in any way, i will make an apologies to him directly.
