my gut feel tells me its italian. if im not mistaken, spanish and italian is actually quite close to each other liguistically at least.

This is definitely Spanish. I studied Spanish for one of my 'O' levels.
However, I am unable to translate it. Rusty Spanish.
I think Oceanklassik has made a very decent attempt though. MUY BIEN.
