Pam320 Vs Pam351

About to get my 2nd Panerai, with my first being Pam111.
Am really keen on the above 2 models - Pam320 & Pam351, but am undecided....

Any pointers and opinion will be much appreciated!

Both are equally good watch but you might want to consider pam 359 too.

Love the gold hand of 351, on the other hand love the gmt needle of 320..

Local AD quote $11,850 (before discount) for Pam 320; and $10,650 (before discount) for Pam 351. However, overseas price seems to be opposite....
Any Bro can help to clarify?
