Richemont Service Center can give you a better estimate depending on what needs to be done.

Ring Richemont up yesterday as I was away for a week in HK. After verification of my service number, the staff confirm that watch is still in process of repair. Centre will call me once they have indication of repair option.

I decide to ring them up after my recent year end trips. After providing the staff my service order number, she informed me that the watch is ready for collection. I arrived at Richmont before noon, surrendered the service order. A minute on, i was asked to the collection counter. Wrapped with cling film, i inspected my PAM. At that junction, i hestiate whether to ask for the cost of repair. The staff checked with me if the watch is ok, I answered her. She completed her sentence as saying that this repair is cover under the warrenty.
                      Relieved to hear so!!

Hi, has anyone sent their out-of-warranty Pam 233 for servicing and how much does it cost? As there were some well documented issues on the earlier series (ie I), will they still do it for free since it seems to be a manufacturing issue? Finally, how do they check the warranty expiry for PAM? Is it based on the card or do they have some central database based on serial number? Thanks for any help!
