True but it's a polishing job not as if they found a non OEM part in the watch.

Is there a difference whether the watch was polished elsewhere or DIY as compared to the job done by R?

Other than the cost, I had to leave the watch there between 4-6 weeks!

If they can guarantee that their polish job will make the watch casing more scratch resistant and the shine last longer, then I'll definitely come back more often

One other thing guys. Forget about a verbal quotation. I received an itemized repair order with the OP letterhead.

IMHO, the official repair order is all the validation you need and it' s just a notch below the certificate of authentication!
