Not a sifu but with 800+ posts on TZ, hard to go wrong with someone like that. You could just pm him and enquire about his references, then follow-up by mailing those previous buyers/sellers. Alternatively can look under reference sections of various fora e.g. watchnet's 'good guys'.

Do a search in p.com and watchnet, u will see he is selling pam 190 for a while (since last year). NOT sure if is the same watch he is selling now or is it different one.

that guy selling his 190 @usd9.5k if you convert to sgd + 7%gst it should work out to sgd 13.6+, it about the same price you will pay in Singapore. Assume that it is not a scam but the posted watch condition may be subjective .
I think you may consider to post in the wtb section but very shion everyday hope someone will PM or Sms you saying he got a Mint 190 for sale but once that happen it will be very song , see yr dream watch condition in person before you buy.

Yoel is a good guy with 8 children. Should have no issue dealing with him. Strangely, he used to love 190 to the core and I was a little surprised he will sell his.....but could be priorities or taste has changed.
