Not a sifu but with 800+ posts on TZ, hard to go wrong with someone like that. You could just pm him and enquire about his references, then follow-up by mailing those previous buyers/sellers. Alternatively can look under reference sections of various fora e.g. watchnet's 'good guys'.

Yoel is a good guy with 8 children. Should have no issue dealing with him. Strangely, he used to love 190 to the core and I was a little surprised he will sell his.....but could be priorities or taste has changed.
