[QUOTE=klim;301786]this OT on Pre V just raised a question for me.

What is considered a "real" Pre V ?
Here Pre V refering to the list shown below: Produce & sold by Officine Panerai Spa.under Dino Zei take charge- b4 Cartier/Richsmont group bought over in 1997 )
    5218-201/A 1993 Luminor Base logo
    5218-202/A 1993 Marina Militare PVD
    5218-203/A 1994 Luminor Marina PVD
    5218-205/A 1995 Slytech Submersible

my thought were the same as John's reply, i was thinking of the regular production models during the PRE V but post 93 era.

Vintages like the GPF, 3646 etc should belong to another category or planet?

JF, they only made 12 of the 209 I list it because if it's huge rarity and even larger price to acquire one. Just think, 12, in the whole world.

I had the same problem in school, I did not read the book.
