  • Buying Pam 90... any advise?

    hi bros...

have been looking ard the forum and finally decided to post..

im currently in Auckland nw and bought a fine watch for my gf for her bday... the seller offered me the pam 90 at $8100... of coz with the A.D from NZ...

Will that be a gd price to commit to?

was comparing a cartier santos vs this watch, i dun get much diff in pricing btw the 2...

i may just go for the pam 90... prob is i saw many pre owned pam 90 in other forums also selling for ard 7.5k??

does this mean 8.1k i shd be jumping in?

also, appreciate if some of the bros here can share what is a gd starter (pam) for a $7500-8500 budget..

    thks

bro, i cant understand this ....

the way i see it, pam 90 is more beautiful than pam 312 (imho)

why issit that ppl are valuing the 312 so much more than 90?

im v keen in the pam 241 as well... but im not sure hw much is it and where i could buy that...

i like the checkered look on the dial...

Most paneristi are into clean look & in house movement, so 312 is a favourite. IMHO 312 is a beatiful watch but from side view, it doesn't suit most Asians as it sits really tall. That's why I sold my 320 (it's a 312 with GMT function). But some people like that look. PAM 90's nice with PR at the front but dial's too busy IMO. 241 is 40mm...

Everyone has their opinions. Ultimately, compare and buy the watch you want

Yapp! The dial on the 90 is too busy and clean look is more popular for most pam lovers. The 312 comes with 1950 casing, P9000 in hse movement, sandwich dial, its almost everything you want in a pam. Anyways, most IMPORTANT thing is to buy what you LIKE and ENJOY wearing it.
