  • Alternative Pam service centres??

    Anyone can recommend alternative Pam service centres other than Richemont? Their service cost is around $500, a bit ex for me. Thanks in advance!

      Yes. They charge ard $250. Visiotime also not bad..
      But not the Crap Restoration Center at Lucky Plaza L3. Lowballer service!

            They will provide you with a free 1 year warranty after they serviced your watch and they will state in the maintenance card the next ideal date for servicing.

            JW, Visiotime and Top Hour gets my vote. The rest better not mentioned.

              how often i get my PAM111 for servicing? what do they do excatly when they service the watch?

                How about those with In-house movement models? Is JW able to do the service too?

                  Ideally about 5 years since the purchase of the watch? But theres a saying, 'If it aint broken, DONT fix it'.

                  Servicing include, cleaning parts with sonic bath, lubricating the parts, replacing worn out/spoilt parts, polishing of case/bracelet (optional), regulating timekeeping to within specs and waterproofing testing.(Note that JW offers WR testing up to 100m only)

                  These are the basic and main servicing procedure unless special attention is needed.

                  So far, for Pam inhouse movt, one has to go back to Richemont for servicing. Not aware of any independent watch maker who can service it for now.

                    I think for Pam inhouse movt need to "jiak hong" go back to Firenze for major service

                        my watch is only 1 year old. so i have a long time to wait, by then i already sold off my pam liao..
