my pam312 sappire glasses got scetch ? why

hi my watch 312 knock in to something got scetch , but i know pam 312 is sappire glass why still got scetch is there any way to polish the glass ? can anyone advice

To explain, Sapphire crystal is just less easily or scratched compared to other glass, not totally un-scratchable.
It can be chipped with hard knocks and impact, or scratched upon friction with a harder material (e.g. diamonds).
I doubt it can be polished (but hopefully I'm wrong) so a more plausible solution is to get the crystal replaced, which may not be cheap, at Richemont. (possibly close to the tune of S$1000?)

Can try diamond paste but only works on vvvvvv small scratches

And need to rub very very very hard. Suggest to keep it till service and let Richemont handle it. 312 is a beautiful watch!

i think still can polish it but have to rub very very hard and very very long time by using diamond paste

try rubbing some mr brasso on the crystal with a cloth.. i have knocked the dome sapphire crystals of my fiddy and rxw mm20 on the edge of my car window before.. left frickin long lines on the crystals which no amount of rubbing with water, saliva etc etc could remove.. seriously, u name it, i've tried it.. until a watch buddy suggested mr brasso... 5mins later, wala! good as new
