Hi, am new to this site.

Can anyone who owns a PAM 292 black seal, advise if the ceramic case is really that tough towards scratch and knocks.

Ceramic is very resistence to surface scratches......but give it a hard enough knock and it will just crack cos its brittle. How hard to crack? Don't know cos never try.

      Tks.

Any idea if it does scratch, can anything be done (if send back Richmont). The Stainless steel version can be polish off.

Nothing can be done to eradicate the scratch. You will have to coat the watch surface again to get it back to pristine condition. This is unlike stainless steel that can be polished.

John wrote something below a few thread about DLC and etc. Good read.
