Strap Replacement

just purchased a PAM287, would like to know if there is any service for strap replacement or what tools to be used for openning the lugs to replace the strap?

as PAM287 doesn't come with any tool kit and i worried my shaky hands might cause scratches to my new beloved watch.

pls help to advise.
