  • Help needed - PAM screwdriver's tip broke

    Hi
Just wondering, my watch is from o/s AD. The tip of the screwdriver gaveway . Wld Richemont replace it?

I notice the black lower stem of the screwdriver seems to be attached to the main (silver) body and there is a screw along the main body. Does it mean tt the black stem can be replaced?

    Thanks for all advice.

give it a try, take to richemont, and tell them what happened. the most they can say is NO. if they replace out of goodwill: score

unless the screwdriver is made from platinum, i would not be paying $65 for it. regardless of who stamps it.

You could always buy the spare tip elsewhere but not at Richemont as Richemont only sells the screwdriver but not the tip. 2 weeks back, I checked with them and understand that they have no ready stock and got to order which usually takes about 4 weeks and costs of screwdriver has been increased to $35 each. Btw, I do have the one spare tip and if you bother to drive down to Pasir Ris area, I could replace for you free of charge, call me at 97339380 to arrange.

Why is there a need for the rubber protector?

to complete a set and for bezel/case protection against scratches dents etc.

Possible but I dun think anyone does tt .

The protector is used when u dun wear ur watch and lying ard to prevent accidental scratches.

Actually, the bezel protector will also scratch the case while putting it on. So, becareful too.
