  • PAM212 - 1950 Luminor flyback

    Hi All,

I need advise here. I am thinking of getting a resale PAM212 and:

    1) I am wondering what is the current market price for one with 9/10 condition?

    2) How do check the watch series i.e. K or J or whatever? Does the series makes a difference to the price of the watch?

Your kind advise will be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

Current market price tend to be 1k to 2k below grey market price. $9k-$11k. Usually below 10k, collectors will quickly grab.

There is serial number on the caseback of the watch. For example J088/100 or J0288/1000

The series makes a difference to the value of the watch because newer watch fetch slightly a price close to current market rate. For example, most people or even you will definitely prefer a newer watch, right ?
    I own a Rolex !

      Hi Paneraii,

Thanks for the market price. I saw one with serial number 30X/600. What does that means exactly? I don't recall seeing any alphabet before the number

You have to see the watch in person. And check the movement sticker.

Btw, that is my view on the price. Not market price. Just an indication and it doesn't precede previous price.

Cozzy, if you are unsure about the watch that you are buying best to bring it to Richemont Service Center for verification before investing in the watch. At least you have a peace of mind that you are buying the real stuff.
