My luminova 312k glows a beautiful bright green in the dark, but unfortunately it doesn't last very long. I haven't actually timed it but I'm pretty sure it doesn't last beyond half an hour...

Hi bros, care to share more why you guys prefer Painted Dial more than Sandwich dial ah??
I personally love sandwich dial so much. But only limited choices like historic models (no date, cannot live without date. Hahaha...) or those with inhouse movt (too ex, d***!).
Thats why till now still at look look see see stage. New releases like 312, 320, 321, 329 have the features I want but still selling above retail price. Haiz...

My painted dials also don't last that long, maybe a hour or 2, never last the whole nite .

I prefer painted ones because they are more "outstanding" and present a brighter, cleaner look to me at day time, thats me .

Some models looks good in sandwich. Can't imagine 233 in sausage.
I agree with Bro Brabus that sandwich make dial look more expensive.
The layering makes classic look.
Painted have a brighter, modern look IMO. More "stand out" dial.
From my own experience, sandwich actually glows brighter when compared side by side. (I used 111 n 104). Some may beg to differ.Audemars Piguet Ball Bell&Ross Cartier IWC Longines Omega Panerai Rolex Sinn Tissot
Alba Casio Citizen Roox Seiko
