      I'm pretty sure it will last very long... Even if after a long period the lume loses you can still bring to service center to have it changed

            yes there is painted (not those T dials), usually for those make in early 2000.

            Today most or all Pam sub is painted dial. 000 and 005 is painted too.

            I usED to love sandwich, but I have since change after I saw the painted dial.

              T-dials have life of around 10 to 15 years.

              L-dial no shelf life. Once full charge in the day, can last 2-3 hours in the dark.

                            T = Tritium
                            A radioactive material that does not need light to glow. Used in older dive watches for glow in deep sea where there is no light. Pam stopped using Tritium on Luminors since B series and for subs since H series. Currently, only can be found on Subs with 2500m.

                            L = Luminova
                            A material that charges up when exposed to light. Glows very brightly after charge but 'power' wears out over time. Used in most watch nowadays. For Pams, painted or Sandwich also use luminova.

                            I prefer painted to sandwich but found the luminova brighter on titanium watches over SS ones. Don't know why though.

                              Bro, Thanks for your patient explanations on T and L dials. Just to ask, is the Pam luminova dials different or special from other brands of watches? Or is more or less the same? I notice pam dials are glows brighter than some normal watches like tag or seiko or rolex...
