Just got a call that the 663 could be coming my way. Just got myself the 605 two momths back so I'm still holding on to my horses. Any thoughts?

I much preferred the 663 then the 605. The "tropic" dial is really something. But looking at the market for Panerai now, unless you love the model and care not what the resale value, then get it. But like most (dealers especially) getting the call and then trying to create some buzz over it with a hope maybe it can then be flipped for a small profits, that ain't going to happen. We all know too well Bonati plans and it's the same plan as the last plan and the plan before that. This ain't going to be a one time Special Edition of tropical dials.
Nice piece btw. But Panerai SE era is over. I will get it ONLY because I love the tropic dial.

Based on your query , grab the Pam 663 when you know that you are able to grab it without breaking your piggy bank.

My sales guy just called to say he have a pam 663 avail yesterday. Love the dial and the gold hands plus the plexiglass dome as well as the 47mm 1950 case. Its been awhile I last shopped for pams and I realise I still like pams v much. Anyone have this pam and any reviews on this particular model?

was offered only 10% discount by ad for the 663. but more keen on the 690 and a 2B i saw recently so will play the "sleep on it" card.I don't have enuf watches but I will stop buying now!

Should be quite a lot of pieces allocated as global economy is in a slump. Those special edition pieces should be quite easily available now.Space for Rent if you want to advertiseComment
