Well...comparing the Rolex 3186 calibre and Panerai p4000 calibre, my bet is on the 3186.

The micro rotor is indeed with glory but too early to know its full potential...don't want to just be cosmetically pretty.

Not noticed the rotor loud and noisy. The micro rotor is indeed superb.

The 5 digits diff is also because of the bracelet...
Never a fan of Panerai in PM...but I wouldn't mind the 572 if the price is "pretty". Rolex in PM? The WG Daytona is yummy...!
