Bro, congrats on your IWC St Exupery PR... it's gaining some attention now as I hear from flippers.
Thanks, but I'm still learning abt Panerai also...And I see u've gotten yourself a PAM104H too. I guess a PAM25 might be a better choice, since it's titanium with a very mesmerizing hobnail dial. But seriously, at a price of close to 10k, what I'd do is to up my budget to abt $10.5 and get the PAM199 Regatta Submersible (William Loi selling one piece right now as we speak). Special edition submersible with carbon fibre dial, won't lose a single cent. But like I always say... different strokes for different folks, if u like the look of a PAM24/25, nothing else does it for u. What I'll do is to try Francis of Truly Collectibles or Kenneth of Collector's Haven periodically, so that they will KNOW that u're in serious search for one and will call u once any pops up for grabs.
I'd steer clear of AD's right now... everyone of them. Reason being that there's not much discount now and they tend to supply to their VIP lists first. Always the case, it's like commonmen are treated like 2nd grade citizens and they just like to see u beg for a Brand New piece.

Unless u have small wrists that are under 5 inches circumference-wise, go for the 44mm Panerai, it will only be a matter of time before u regret having bought a 40mm Panerai and then spend another few grand upgrading to a 44mm.
Even one of my lady friend is wearing 44mm Panerai. So IMO, it's not a good deal.
